How the Nus'ha Institute of Ethical Governance collects, processes, and protects preliminary enquiry data in accordance with institutional discretion and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

1. Principles of Least-Privilege Data Collection

As an advisory institute advising on ethics and fiduciary governance, we adhere to the strict principle of data minimisation. Through our public digital platforms, we collect only the information necessary to register and respond to an exploratory advisory enquiry: your name, business email, institutional affiliation, and general practice category. We do not harvest financial account numbers, tax documents, government identity cards, or religious records through our online contact portals.

2. Use of Information

Information transmitted through this website is used solely to evaluate your advisory requirements, coordinate initial consultations, and send advance notifications for educational programs where you have explicitly opted in. We never sell, lease, or monetize your contact information.

3. Confidentiality and Advertising Analytics

In strict accordance with our Master Directive, NIEG does not transmit form contents or personal enquiry data to commercial advertising networks or behavioral tracking ad pixels. Technical logs are maintained solely for DDoS prevention, rate limiting, and web security.

4. Retention and Right of Erasure

Preliminary enquiries that do not result in a formal client engagement are retained for a maximum of 180 days for administrative audit, after which they are securely purged. You may request the immediate deletion of your preliminary enquiry records at any time by contacting our secretariat at [email protected].

5. Data Fiduciary Contact

The data fiduciary for this website is CraftEgon LLP (Operating Nus’ha Institute of Ethical Governance). For questions regarding data processing or rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, please direct your communication to our Compliance Secretariat at [email protected].
