Explicit clarification of the legal, financial, religious, and educational boundaries governing the Nus'ha Institute of Ethical Governance (NIEG).

1. Legal Status & Organisational Relationship

The Nus’ha Institute of Ethical Governance (NIEG) is an institutional initiative developed and operated under CraftEgon LLP, a registered Limited Liability Partnership in the Republic of India. NIEG is not an incorporated autonomous statutory body, government agency, chartered university, or accredited statutory authority. Nothing on this website shall be construed as creating an independent corporate personality beyond CraftEgon LLP unless evidenced by formal statutory certificates.

2. Independent Advisory vs. Regulated Legal Practice

NIEG provides advisory reviews, ethics architectures, policy drafting, and governance evaluations. NIEG is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal representation, court litigation, or statutory advocate certifications. Formal contracts, statutory ROC/MCA filings, court disputes, and legally-binding shareholder agreements are executed by appropriately qualified independent advocates or through CraftEgon Corporate Services (CCS) in accordance with the Advocates Act, 1961.

3. Religious Guidance, Zakat & Juridical Rulings (Fatwa)

Our wealth purification reviews and zakat computation models are educational and informational tools based on consensus traditional benchmarks. NIEG does not issue binding juridical rulings (fatwas) or adjudicate religious disputes. Clients requiring formal ecclesiastical or juridical decrees for public trusts must refer our technical assessments to their appointed sharia boards or religious scholars.

4. Absence of Fund Custody & Investment Advice

NIEG does not collect, receive, hold, custody, or disburse client investment funds, zakat contributions, or waqf endowment capital. NIEG is not registered as a stock broker, portfolio manager, or investment advisor under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Act. All wealth reallocations and charitable disbursements must be executed directly by the asset owner through appropriate licensed banking channels.

5. Distinction Regarding Standards & Credentials

The Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum maturity levels and professional learning frameworks published by NIEG are proprietary institutional evaluation metrics designed for self-improvement and peer benchmarking. They do not constitute statutory ISO accreditations, Quality Council of India (QCI) certifications, or statutory qualifications. Participation does not confer official regulatory exemption. Proposed credentials (such as CEO-G, CGP, and CEL) are currently under syllabus review and will be launched only following formal curriculum approval.

6. Status of Forthcoming Initiatives

Mentions of the Nus'ha Online Quran Training Centre and the Waqf Governance Operating Toolkit represent developmental planning roadmaps. They are not active operational consumer products. NIEG does not collect online payments or issue enrollment admissions for unlaunched programs.
